An air knife is a tool used to blow off liquid or debris from products as they travel on conveyors. The knife consists of high intensity, uniform sheet of laminar airflow (streamline flow). Blower powered air knives have proven to reduce energy consumption by 50-75% when compared to compressed air alternatives.
