HOFFMAN's REVOLUTIONPLUS 100-200HP turbo blower models are manufactured with a single impeller and air-cooled. The models within this range are built using a high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor to increase operational efficiency.
Hoffman engineers high-speed turbo blowers with a compression unit equipped with a blow-off valve that releases air, protecting the unit during start/stop, while an inverter controls the rotating speed of the blower’s high-speed motor. The REVOLUTIONPLUS series is housed in a robust, sound-insulated enclosure with access panels to the electronics for reduced maintenance time. These models feature a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which allows operators to actively monitor, control, and adjust the speed to meet changing process demands and operating conditions. The blower can operate separately from the controller, up to 100 feet. HOFFMAN high-speed turbo blowers are fitted with a VSD (variable speed drive) as standard which can adjust the motor’s operating speed to meet the application's requirement.
