The EnviroAire S Series oil-free scroll air compressors from Gardner Denver sets the standards for air purity. These oil-free scroll compressors are ISO 8573-1 Class O compliant. Offering not only 100% oil-free air but also improved energy efficiency, these compressors are made to meet the precise needs of a diverse range of industries.
Why Oil-Free Scroll Systems?
Rotary scroll compressor technology is popular because of the minimal preventative maintenance required, moderate time periods between the maintenance intervals, and fewer moving parts that other technologies like reciprocating or screw. All maintenance procedures can be performed in the field at a very economical cost to your customer.
The EnviroAire ES products are fixed speed, single stage, 100% oil-less rotary scroll compressors from 5-10 HP (per pump), packaged in a sound attenuating enclosure. Scroll packages have been designed specifically for industrial, laboratory, and other clean air applications in a variety of configurations. The EnviroAire ES scroll packages provide the low sound level desired by most applications. Systems meet current CSA Standards and are offered in several designated flow designs.
