Proprietary Helical Tri-Lobe Rotor Technology

The HeliFlow Series combines a proprietary helical tri-lobe rotor profile with unique triangular tuned ports engineered to reduce discharge pressure pulsation. The resulting smoother pulse pattern supports quieter operation, more consistent airflow performance, and improved blower reliability.  

 

Up to 4-7 dBA Lower Noise Levels

Discharge pulsation is a primary contributor to blower noise. By minimizing pressure pulsation, HeliFlow helps reduce noise levels by up to 4-7 dBA compared to similarly sized straight-lobe blower designs. 

 

More Consistent Airflow Performance

A smoother pressure-pulse profile helps reduce airflow variation throughout the system, supporting more consistent operation and helping minimize stress on downstream components.

Solid Rotor Construction

Unlike hollow rotor designs, HeliFlow utilizes solid ductile iron helical tri-lobe rotors that help eliminate the potential for imbalance caused by material buildup within rotor cavities.  

 

Mechanical Gas Seal Option Available

Selected models are available with a mechanical seal design engineered specifically for critical gas service applications.

Single-Piece Cylinder Construction

The HeliFlow single-piece cylinder incorporates large external cooling fins that support heat dissipation and structural integrity. Additional cylinder mass and unique triangular tuned ports also contribute to greater strength and noise attenuation. 

Advanced Sealing System

HeliFlow blowers utilize advanced piston-ring oil and air seals designed to support dependable sealing performance and reliable oil-free air delivery. Eight-inch models incorporate two air-side and two oil-side piston-ring seals. 

Dual Splash Lubrication

Dual splash lubrication is standard across the HeliFlow platform and is designed to support durability while helping reduce maintenance requirements.
