Heated Blower Desiccant Air Dryers

It adopts the principle of blower heating to complete efficient drying of compressed air. It significantly saves the loss of compressed air and saves energy.

Use double-eccentric PTFE sealed butterfly valves to achieve reliable performance and long service life.

Use high-quality two-position five-way solenoid valves to control the pneumatic valves, thus ensuring the reliable operation of equipment.

Use reliable blowers to ensure the normal operation of the dryer system.

Use unique design to ensure the uniform distribution of dry and re generated air flow, thus eliminating the "short circuit" phenome- non of large central flow rate and small edge flow rate.

The tower body and hot pipe are insulated through external embossed aluminum sheets, thus eliminating energy waste. Specific pressurization function ensures uninterrupted air supply when the dryer is switched.

Use multiple measures to ensure that the bed is not loose, the desiccant is not worm, and the service time of desiccant is extended. The air flow through the dryer is slow, thus increasing the contact time with the desiccant, ensuring the dew point and reducing the pressure loss.

Each tower body is provided with a pressure gauge and a safety valve.

The regeneration circulation includes an appropriate cooling period to prevent dew point peaks from occurring during the switch. Standard configuration: PLC (programmable logic controller) and human-computer interface.
