Design Features

A Self-Priming, Positive Displacement Pump with High Efficiency and Volumetric Capacity.
It is a self-priming, positive displacement pump with a rotary sliding vane design. Each revolution discharges a fixed volume of fluid, making it ideal for a variety of applications. As the rotor turns, the vanes slide within the rotor and move the fluid from the suction port to the discharge.

They are known for their high efficiency and volumetric capacity. The pump maintains high volumetric efficiency throughout service, even as the vanes wear. This is because the vanes simply move out to the slots, maintaining the same sine clearance against the body. As a result, suction capacity is unimpaired even after arduous service.
