Compressor Applications

 
Sensitive, high technology equipment is used to manufacture electronic components. This is a large capital investment for any operator and one that needs to be protected at all times.

Such equipment uses a large quantity of compressed air, for example, to convey components pneumatically or to operate sensitive valves. This air must be oil-free - no question. 
Oil contamination in the compressed air can result in expensive maintenance costs and, in extreme cases, a complete production shutdown.

Blower and Vacuum Applications

 

Central vacuum for cleaning system on assembly lines

Central vacuum generated by positive displacement blowers are used to clean work places on industrial assembly lines (dust extraction and shaving removal).

Electronic components such as printed circuit boards are dried and cleaned using our technologies.

Pick and place

Boards are assembled with electronic components, e.g. transistors, drags etc. Catch, place and drop off is done by vacuum supported pipettes.
