NASH Ener-Jet Hybrid Vacuum Systems Recognized at Eco-Innovation

KKR Green Solutions Recognized NASH Hybrid Vacuum Systems

Engineered for optimum efficiency, NASH ENER-JET™ Hybrid Vacuum Systems now offer a 15%* reduction in steam consumption. This improvement in efficiency was recognized by the KKR Green Solutions Platform, an initiative that promotes efficiency improvements while supporting innovation for KKR companies.

NASH Ener-Jet hybrid vacuum systems are an integrated system of steam ejectors, condensers, and liquid ring vacuum pumps. The system is used to evacuate gases and vapors from vessels, most typically on vacuum crude towers in oil refineries and in geothermal power stations. Nash has designed and manufactured hybrid systems since 1979, and through research and development, the design of the NASH Ener-Jet hybrid vacuum system has been modified to offer up to a 15%* reduction in steam consumption. This not only reduces energy consumption but also decreases greenhouse gas emissions.

As the new standard for NASH Hybrid Systems, the ENER-JET design maintains traditional benefits while offering accelerated payback through increased energy savings, condensers designed per HTRI specifications, and faster response through regional sourcing.

Nash is the only company to manufacture both the pumps and ejectors that go into a hybrid vacuum system and offers a complete system warranty. All NASH ENER-JET systems are backed by global aftermarket support, decades of engineering expertise, and a proven history of reliable, dependable installations.
