The 330 Series is offered with 2 standard fluid ends along with a correctly sized electric motor or diesel engine, belt drive system, pump filtration, fuel tank, unit instrumentation, and safety relief systems to achieve your pressure and flow requirements.
This Phoenix unit is the best answer to a contractor’s needs. This trailer mounted high-pressure Waterblasting machine has pressures that go up to 20,000 PSI. The 330 Series allows for a high-flow fluid end that flows 120 GPM. Each unit has a quick change plunger change out system which allows for easy maintenance and easy pressure change. You can go from 10,000 PSI to 20,000 PSI in minutes.
The fluid end design uses quick change clamp style plunger adapters to easily remove the plungers in seconds. The plunger packing and brass are lubricated using water to eliminate oil or lubricant spillage, making it more environmentally friendly. The engine control panel is easily accessible and maintains shutdown parameters to protect the engine from overheating. The pump has limit switches for low oil and low water pressure to extend the life of the pump.
The skid has heavy-duty tongue, fenders, hitch, and jack. These trailers are weighted for non-CDL requirements. Trailer options include electric brakes or hydraulic brakes. The filtration system is oversized to ensure clean water to the system to extend packing life and plunger life. Plunger cases include flange change out, packing removal tool and replaceable pressure relief valves along with plungers, packing and brass.
