SSP Series N stainless steel rotary lobe dosing pumps have been specifically designed for low volume fluid transfer such as dosing within applications like laboratories, pilot plants, chemical processing, food processing, electroplating, and film processing.
Series N pumps feature a compact design, making them ideal for installation where space is at a premium. Whilst small in size, Series N rotary lobe pumps still provide the same high quality low shear pumping for maximum performance and reliability.
Series N dosing pumps feature a small, compact design, ideal for installations where space is restricted.
The Series N pump is fitted with roloid gear rotors keyed to the shafts and held by retention discs enabling bi-directional pumping.
Rotors are manufactured from 316 type stainless steel which is PTFE impregnated for low friction flow. The rotors are suitable for operation at temperatures up to 100˚C.
The Series N pump has a robust cast iron gearbox which provides maximum shaft rigidity.
Series N liquid transfer pumps are designed specifically to handle low fluid transfer duties such as dosing in a range of industries and applications.
The small size and compact design of these pumps mean they are highly suited to applications where space is limited.
Simplified construction is designed to make maintenance easy and hassle free, saving time and money.
The non-contacting roloid gear rotors ensure product contamination is eliminated, protecting your sensitive liquid products.
Either single mechanical seals or packed glands may be fitted to the pump. Mechanical seals are available in durable materials such as silicon carbide to help you meet the demands of your application. Alternatively, packed glands offer a simple, low cost, and easy to maintain controlled leakage sealing solution.
The Series N dosing pump range has two pump head displacements, 2.05 litres/100 rev and 3.86 litres/100 rev.
Series N rotary lobe pumps are small, stainless steel pumps designed for low volume fluid transfer applications. Perfect for installation where space is at a premium, these pumps provide the ideal solution for low volume transfer in a range of applications such as chemical and food processing.
