SSP Series M stainless steel gear pumps are designed to handle low volume fluid transfer duties for a wide range of liquid bulk applications. Stainless steel and PTFE components alongside a traditional gear pump construction provide easy cleaning and simple maintenance whilst still offering high efficiency performance.
Highly suited to low volume filling duties like filling machines, dosing and sampling, and other similar applications, this pump is ideal for those in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industry.
Varying sizes available to provide the exact capacity for your application. All pump gears are manufactured from PTFE impregnated 316 type stainless steel for maximum durability.
Gears are mounted between specially developed PTFE bearings which are fitted within the main pump body, ensuring precision alignment.
Series M liquid transfer pumps are powered by contacting, rotating gears within a fully swept pump chamber. They are capable of reverse operation without modification, offering flexibility to customers.
Single mechanical seals are fitted for maximum leakage control and hard faced seal materials such as silicon carbide are also available.
Sanitary operation suitable for handling sensitive or delicate products makes the Series M suitable for use in industries where health and safety is paramount.
Reliable rotary lobe technology ensures ongoing efficient performance whilst leakage control seals reduce leaks which could result in wasted energy.
Simplified construction means that components can be easily dismantled for routine replacements or maintenance. Plus, shaft assemblies including seals can be withdrawn through the front of the pump for ease of access.
The pumps incorporate a location for mounting via a bracket to a frame size 71 or 80 flange motor, creating a freestanding unit.
The Series M fluid transfer pump range has three pump head sizes.
Optimised for low volume fluid transfer, the Series M rotary lobe pumps are highly suited to applications such as filling machines, dosing, and sampling. Offering performance for temperatures up to 60˚C, SSP gear pumps are a popular choice in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
