SSP Series M stainless steel gear pumps are designed to handle low volume fluid transfer duties for a wide range of liquid bulk applications. Stainless steel and PTFE components alongside a traditional gear pump construction provide easy cleaning and simple maintenance whilst still offering high efficiency performance.

Highly suited to low volume filling duties like filling machines, dosing and sampling, and other similar applications, this pump is ideal for those in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industry.

Alternative Pumphead Sizes

Varying sizes available to provide the exact capacity for your application. All pump gears are manufactured from PTFE impregnated 316 type stainless steel for maximum durability.

Precision Alignment

Gears are mounted between specially developed PTFE bearings which are fitted within the main pump body, ensuring precision alignment.

Bi-Rotational Flow

Series M liquid transfer pumps are powered by contacting, rotating gears within a fully swept pump chamber. They are capable of reverse operation without modification, offering flexibility to customers.

Leakage Control Seals

Single mechanical seals are fitted for maximum leakage control and hard faced seal materials such as silicon carbide are also available.

Mounting Options

The pumps incorporate a location for mounting via a bracket to a frame size 71 or 80 flange motor, creating a freestanding unit.
