GD360 Liquid Bulk Package

The GD360 integrates compressor, pump, and hydraulic cooler into a single bolt-&-go package, reducing installation time and complexity. 

Typical installation is less than 4 hours compared to up to 36 hours for traditional systems. 

The GD360 includes the GD70 oil-lubricated piston compressor rated up to 36 PSI. 

Yes. The system is designed for simultaneous pump and compressor operation to improve unloading efficiency. 

Yes. The GD360 Liquid Bulk Package can be configured with multiple product pump options so fleets and OEMs can match the system to their specific liquid bulk transport requirements.

The package supports three pump configurations:

• HGP125 Cast Iron Gear Pump – Designed for reliable transfer of low- to medium-viscosity liquids and applications requiring consistent flow and durability.
• SV157 Cast Iron Vane Pump – Ideal for higher flow requirements and applications where vane-style pumping offers smoother transfer performance.
• VSS150 Stainless Steel Vane Pump – A corrosion-resistant option suitable for applications requiring stainless steel construction and enhanced material compatibility.

Each pump option includes different seal materials, shaft materials, and internal components to match the chemical compatibility, viscosity, and pressure requirements of the product being transported. This flexibility allows the GD360 system to be configured for a wide range of liquid bulk hauling operations while maintaining the simplicity of an integrated bolt-and-go package. 

The enclosed stainless-steel design reduces noise and protects operators from rotating components and high-pressure oils.
