We design and manufacture a wide range of industry leading vacuum pumps for multiple applications across a number of industries. Depending on your application and specific requirements we can select the correct working principle for you without bias or limitation. We offer many types of vacuum technology including Rotary Vane, lobe, screw, claw and liquid ring that cover flow rates and vacuum levels for most major industrial vacuum applications across the globe.
Our portfolio of global brands, including Elmo Rietschle, Robuschi, Runtech and Gieffe Systems, have over one hundred years combined experience and expertise in the design and manufacturer of high quality vacuum pumps and systems.
Extreme conditions, which prevail in humid and wet processes, lead to lime scale or abrasion, and hence to a considerable reduction in the performance of the pump. Elmo Rietschle liquid ring pumps, however, meet these challenges. The use of high-quality materials such as stainless steel and ceramics ensure utmost reliability and constant operating characteristics – for years to come. These pumps are also available with open and closed water cooling circuits. Volume flow up to 1,200 m³/hr.
Cutting-edge, custom-made solutions for vacuum applications that fit with customers’ needs across a wide range of industries. They are committed to delivering complete systems and turnkey solutions based on each customer’s choice of technologies. For every customer, they deliver a powerful combination of high-efficiency pumps, specially selected peripheral equipment, and skilled support from an experienced team. Recognised as global vacuum specialists, they respond to any requirement with the most competitive, cost-effective solution.
Environmentally friendly and energy efficient, the RunEco vacuum system provides a reliable, completely water free vacuum solution that is ideal for the paper industry. Available in a range of configurations, including single and two-stage turbo, utilizing composite or titanium impellers, and up to a 500kW high-speed drive, the RunEco vacuum system can be tailored to meet each individual customers needs.
The S-VSI screw vacuum pump (sizes 100 and 300) represents modern, state-of-the-art dry running technology that excels when it comes to small carbon footprint and low life cycle costs. It is used in a variety of industrial applications such as drying and packaging.
The S-VSA and S-VSB dry running, contact-free screw vacuum pumps are primarily used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for processing applications. A contamination with oil or other operating liquids is impossible. Several pump sizes are available with ATEX certification.
Elmo Rietschle offers dry running and oil lubricated rotary vane pumps and compressors which cover a wide performance range up to 1,535 m³/hr. The eco-friendly dry running rotary vane pumps are used for vacuum, pressure and combined pressure and vacuum applications. The time-tested oil lubricated rotary vane machines are typically used for generating vacuum.
The Elmo Rietschle brand now includes the heavy duty once through and circular oil lubricated rotary vanes formerly known as Wittig. These high performing vacuum pumps and compressors cover a wide performance range. Their major applications include air and gas applications in sewage plants, coke ovens, mines and offshore petroleum extraction. Glass manufacturing also uses the stationary Wittig products.
The C-Series claw pumps and compressors of Elmo Rietschle generate contact-free vacuum or compressed air efficiently and economically. A ground-breaking new design is now available which makes this technology even better with improved efficiency, lower noise levels and smaller footprint. Volume flow up to 1.120 m³/hr.
The RVS series is single stage liquid ring vacuum pump, capable of achieving up to 33 mbar (a) to suck in gas and vapors without contamination from lubricants and with nearly isothermal gas compression. Thanks to its construction features, the vacuum series assures reduced water consumption, low noise and vibrations, minimum maintenance. The range includes complete units (KRVS, CRVS, LRVS), especially developed for the vacuum generation in different sectors.
Pressure up to 33 mbar abs - Capacity up to 4,200 m³/hr
