• Lead-Free: The body of the pump is made of C89833 (a lead-free alloy). Shafts are made of stainless steel. Gears are made of PEEK (a high temperature polymer) and stainless steel for filter press pumps (NL4000L) and made of C89833 for maple cream pumps (NL9000L, NL3000L & NL7000L).
• Increased durability: PEEK and stainless steel gear combination (for the NL4000L filter press gear pump) extends the life of the pump by reducing wear from Diatomaceous Earth (DE) and sugar sand.
• Quality and affordability: While improving quality and durability, it also retained the same footprint and value that characterize Oberdorfer line of pumps by Gardner Denver.
• Quiet Operation: Helical gears reduce noise levels.
• Performance: Unlike other technologies and brands, the Oberdorfer line of gear pumps are able to pump consistently and reliably at high pressure differentials (up to 150 PSI) and temperatures (up to 230°F).
