Feb. 22, 2018 (HOUSTON) – Gardner Denver Petroleum & Industrial Pumps (P&IP), the only total solutions provider to the drilling, well servicing and frac pump markets, hosted students from The University of Texas Permian Basin Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Gardner Denver’s Permian Basin Plant in Odessa, Texas.
“We’re thrilled to give students the opportunity to tour one of our Permian Basin facilities and help them see firsthand what it would be like to work on a frac pump,” said Lauren Benson, Gardner Denver P&IP’s human resources business partner. “We enjoy giving back to the community and hope the students found the tour to be an educational and memorable experience.”
Gardner Denver created this student program to help develop local talent in communities where their facilities are located. The students were given a tour of the Permian Basin frac pump aftermarket facility and attended a Pump University class. This facility provides full pump repairs, new fluid ends, consumables and parts and is part of our 24/7 field service and customer support network.
The facility is located on TX-191 E, Odessa, Texas, 79765.
