10,000 PSI and 20,000 PSI High Flow remote operated air valves are available at Gardner Denver with flows up to 200 GPM.
The Gardner Denver Hi-Flow Dump Valves come in 10KPSI and 20KPSI pressure ratings, and in both hydraulic controlled and air controlled models. Designed with the end-user in mind, features include a light-weight, stable anodized aluminum frame that encompasses all working components, has dual 180-degree discharge to minimize motion while dumping, and tie-down holes.
The simplicity of design allows this valve to be incorporated into any system. This valve supplements bundler blasting equipment, pre-heater cleaning tools and hydro-demolition tools which have a high requirement for both pressure and flow.
Performance
The hydraulic version redirects the supplied high-pressure water back into the high flow valve to actuate
No extra external hydraulic source is required to actuate the valve beside the water supplied by the high-pressure waterjetting pump
The water supplied to the valve is the force that opens the high flow valve
The operator merely closes a needle valve attached and it acts as a valve switch for the high flow valve
The pneumatic switch is a similar design but with air
The signal air trigger or signal air switch supplied will close the air pressure and actuate an air valve to push the high flow valve to actuate.
Once the air signal is disconnected, the valve will open to the fully dump position
