Pineapple Line Moles

Gardner Denver Water Jetting Systems manufactures a line of high-production Pineapple-Type Line Mole Nozzles for use with flex lances or rubber water blast hose. They come in a variety of nozzle patterns to suit your specific application. These line mole nozzles use a variety of stainless steel or tungsten carbide jet nozzle inserts to achieve the ideal flows and pressures.

Description

Gardner Denver Large Pipe Internal Diameter Cleaning Line Moles and Pineapples are made to rugged standards and machined to exacting engineering requirements. Each are designed with variety of ports to meet the different challenges that present themselves in Large Pipe Internal Cleaning. The capacity of these nozzles can range from 10 GPM up to 200 GPM as maybe required in a high flow large ID cleaning jobs. These can be adjusted as each of the nozzles have threaded discharge ports to allow for different sized inserts to be inputted in these multi jet nozzles.

Performance

The pressure range from 5,000 PSI to 20,000 PSI. Made with corrosion resistant Stainless Steel. Threaded with ¼” NPT and 1/8” NPT ports depending on Line Mole Style. Inlet thread range from 9/16MP (20K) to 1” NPT (10K). Machined from a single piece of stainless steel to be able to withstand the rigors of Large ID pipe cleaning.
