GD Energy Products’ TY-300HX pumps are state-of-the-art, 150 horsepower triplex pumps designed specifically for waterjetting applications. The TY-300HX pumps feature an innovative “Soft Seated Valve” design, removing the need for constant valve changes and increasing durability. Using GD Energy Products’ cross-bore technology, the TY-300HX pump is rated for pressures of up to 20,000 PSI.
The 300HX pumps are GD Energy Products’ state-of-the-art, 150 horsepower triplex waterjetting pumps. Built for durability, the TY-300HX pump features our innovative “Soft Seated Valve”. Using proprietary elastomer seals, our soft seated valves provide an initial seal at low pressure, blocking solid particulates before providing a seal at high pressure. This patented design allows higher seal pressures while providing maximum durability and resistance to water particulates.
Using GD Energy Products’ quick change fluid ends, the TY-300HX eliminates the need for valve change out when changing pressures. Quick change fluid ends save both time and money, and remove the need to store extra valve sizes in the event of pressure change. The addition of our cross bore technology allows for increased pressures of up to 20,000 PSI, and flows of up to nearly 60 GPM.
