The optimum efficiency of the internal compression,
guaranteed by the innovative Robuschi rotor

rpm) and the absence of a step-up gear, along with
special silencers and a noise-reducing enclosure
(also available without sound hood – WL version),
guarantee low noise levels from the blower,
thus allowing installation in a variety of applications.
Maximum Energy Efficiency
The innovative and unique profile of Robuschi's rotors optimises the ratio between capacity and pressure thanks to the maximum performance of the internal compression. This increases the efficiency of the ROBOX screw unit. Its characteristics ensure high efficiency (>75%) in a wide range of rotation of the blower (from 100% to 25%), by reducing the energy consumption in any working condition. The high degree of efficiency of ROBOX SCREW plus its reduced maintenance costs guarantee a quick return on the initial investment (2 years on average depending on the application and the operating conditions).

The precision engineered design and meticulous choice of each component of the oil-free screw blower together with a low operating speed, make the ROBOX SCREW extremely reliable. At the same time, the SENTINEL 2 and SENTINEL PRO control panels ensure optimum machine operation through the continuous monitoring of the operating parameters.
New vacuum valve (patented) with high precision vacuum regulation (+/-2%) all over the working range avoids any waste of energy and it grants high reliability along with the required performance.
Oil-free screw compressor and screw blower - RSW
The patented RSW is an oil-free screw compressor (range up to 2,500 mbar(g)) and screw blower (range up to 1,000mbar(g))
The profile guarantees maximum capacity at minimum energy consumption. In addition, the surface treatment of the rotors makes the RSW low pressure screw blower resistant to oxidation, meaning performance levels are consistently maintained.
The rotors are designed with wide diameter shafts to reduce the deformation caused by internal and external loads, thereby ensuring the blower can work efficiently in even the harshest conditions. The bearings have an increased lifespan thanks to the reduced number of revolutions they have to make. The seals for the gas conveyed and lubricating oil are also wear-free.
The excellent compression efficiency, guaranteed by the innovative Robuschi rotor profile, means less noise during the compression phase. Together with the low rotor rotation speed (max. 6,000 rpm) and the absence of a step-up gear, this means sound emissions are kept to a minimum.
The RSW low pressure screw compressor and screw blower features a traditional belt drive instead of a gear overdrive and, for applications with a reduced thermal speed, uses a simplified lubrication system.
