The RFW range of water cooled truck vacuum pumps are designed for the collection and discharge of waste liquids from your vacuum and combined jetting/vacuum tankers. Highly efficient, the RFW machines provide a wide range of performances and flow rates at superior vacuum levels to shorten your loading times and reduce costs.
The compact design, low operating noise levels and superior cooling performance provide ideal performance for a wide range of installations, applications and requirements. Air-Injected variants of the RFW200 and RFW260 are also available for applications where high continuous vacuum and low discharge temperatures are required.
The RFW waste vacuum pump is available in four configurations, with varying performance levels from each machine meaning we can offer the suction performance to suit your application. The integral oil tank and water cooling results in a reduced machine temperature and maximises oil separation. The RFW range is also available with ATEX Temperature Class T2 Certification for use in certain controlled environments.
The RFW is available in four configurations with higher air flow performance available on the larger machines. The option of an Air-Injected machine also provides continuous vacuum and lower discharge temperatures, ideal in areas with high ambient temperatures.
The RFW is available with a wide range of bespoke transport focused ancillary products which both compliment and complete the pump installation. These include Suction Filters, Vacuum Ventilation Valves, Oil Separator-Silencers, Vacuum Relief Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Non-Return Valves, Reverse Flow Valves and Water Coolers.
We can offer a range of hydraulic drive connection kits for the RFW machines to suit various hydraulic motors. The RFW can also be driven directly by PTO prop shaft, by belts and pulleys, or by electric motor or diesel engine making it suitable for all types of installation.
We offer the RFW truck vacuum pumps in four core designs, the 120, 150, 200 and 260 models. When discharging product, the material itself plays a key role in deciding your vacuum pump. Each RFW configuration is designed to suit a wide range of applications for waste collection.
