Known as the TY-375 pump, the rugged 300 HP power end is available with three different easily exchanged fluid ends: the S, H, and UH and is capable of flows up to 60 GPM and pressure capabilities to 40,000 PSI. Each fluid end has features and benefits that clearly set them well ahead of the competition.
The TY-375S and TY-375HC pumps offer fast and affordable pressure/flow convertibility from the well of the pump, and do not require unbolting or retorquing. No valve change is required, simply change the plungers and associated packing and rings to get a pressure change. This saves many thousands of dollars over the competition.
The crankshaft is constructed from a single piece of alloy steel with tapered roller bearings for minimal side thrust load. With a robust frame load of 19,500 lbs. this TY series offers a 300HP performance in a compact frame.
The TY-375S is a more advanced "L" fluid end design which offers flows up to 60 GPM while offering pressures to 15,000 PSI, with just a simple plunger change. It offers inserted valves that provide unsurpassed service in “dirty water” conditions; it offers flanged suction and discharge ports permitting easy change-out in the case of damaged threads.
The TY-375HC with its inline fluid end design, offers flows to 43 GPM at pressures of up to 20,000 PSI at 300 HP. The pressure range for this fluid end goes from 10,000 PSI to 20,000 PSI. The added advantage to having a quick change fluid is the ease of changing packing in this pump. Keep the pump running longer with reduced downtime with the TY-375HC 20,000 PSI quick-change pump.
The TY-375UH is a unique inline fluid end design with an integrated torque plate that effectively covers the pressures to 40,000 PSI, with flows from 8.6 to 12.2 GPM, depending on the plunger size. This powerful fluid end is ideal for when Ultra High Pressure is needed to get the job done.

Gardner Denver’s TY 375 Series triplex pumps are typically found on the 300 Series Multi-Blaster waterjetting units. Field maintenance is easy and conducted with commonly available tools. TY Series pumps can use the same power frame in conjunction with different fluid ends for different pressures and flows. Stuffing boxes are made from high-quality heat-treated stainless steel. The suction manifold is made from a light-weight anodized aluminum; furthermore, Gardner Denver offers stainless steel manifolds for saltwater applications. The packing on these pumps are chevron style and spring loaded which is self-adjusting, which reduces maintenance time on a pump. The packing is internally cooled through lubrication lines from the water suction line. No external grease or oil pots are necessary for packing lubrication or cool down.
These rugged pumps also feature fast, easy and AFFORDABLE pressure/flow convertibility from the well of the pump. They do not require unbolting and retorquing and there is no valve change required to change to different size plungers.
The major pressure components of the TY-375 series of pumps are autofrettaged for extended life. Gardner Denver has perfected this technique to improve the quality and durability of the stuffing boxes and fluid cylinders.
Engineering is at the core of Gardner Denver products from stress measurements on powerend components for increased longevity, to metallurgical analysis on high pressure valves for strength, or hydrodynamic analyses to maximize flow efficiency, these pumps are engineered to provide the best equipment for the customer.
