TODO-GAS® DRY-BREAK® Couplers

TODO-GAS® DRY-BREAK® couplings are used in a variety of LPG applications from heavy duty Autogas vehicle refuelling to advanced vapour recovery systems.

The TODO-GAS® coupling is designed similarly to the TODO-MATIC® coupling, however the 1" and 2" sizes are dimensionally different. At these sizes, the TODO-GAS® and TODO-MATIC® products cannot be connected together.

Features

Easy to connect and disconnect, the TODO-GAS® coupling offers the same advantages of its sister product, the TODO-MATIC®, such as, high flow rates, ease of use, and the same high quality. 

1" and 2" sizes are most commonly used for LPG product loading and unloading, whereas the 3" size is most commonly used for vapour recovery purposes. 

Variants

Working Temperature Range: -20°C to +80°C    (-4°F to +176°F)

(Lower temperatures achievable with low temperature Viton)

Working Pressure:

  • Brass: 10 bar (145 psi)
  • Stainless Steel: 25 bar (363 psi)

TODO is committed to providing the highest quality products, and so the materials of construction of TODO-GAS® DRY-BREAK® couplings are specifically selected for the best possible performance with LPG:

  • Brass: CW614N
  • Stainless Steel:
    • 1" & 3" Tank Units and 1", 2" & 3" Hose Units: 316L
    • 2" Tank Units: Duplex SS

O-ring Grades

Due to TODO-GAS® couplings being deigned specifically for LPG usage, O-ring grades are restricted, as below:

  • Viton 90 Shore
  • Low temperature Viton 90 Shore
