The enhanced performance oil-free units are designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of flow needs, ranging from 6.7 to 28.3 m3/min.

Gardner Denver has expanded its acclaimed line-up of T/TVS, oil-free rotary screw air compressors, with the introduction of the latest T/TVS90-160 series. These new models showcase an energy efficiency improvement of up to 14 percent and offer flow rate improvements up to 9 percent. The series is engineered to deliver the pinnacle of energy efficiency, outstanding reliability, and reduced total cost of ownership. Class 0 is the most stringent air class defined by ISO 8573, part 1. Our oil-free compressors are certified Class 0 for no oil content* by TUV to ensure your air quality exceeds specifications. This makes them exceptionally suitable for industries that demand the highest levels of air purity. The expanded series features both fixed and variable-speed options, with power capacities ranging from 90 to 160 kW.

Advanced Two-Stage Airend & Motor Technology

The cutting-edge, two-stage airend has been redesigned to achieve up to a nine percent enhancement in capacity. Its robust construction features an extremely hard-wearing rotor and housing coating, while the second stage incorporates stainless steel rotors, all contributing to an extended service life.

Additionally, a distinct air intake system provides the airend with cooler air, which further amplifies its performance. Every variable-speed model is equipped with an IE5-class ultra-premium hybrid reluctance motor (HRM), offering top-tier efficiency across all levels of operation. The motor boasts an IP55 rating, safeguarding it from dust and water, and is air-cooled to ensure longevity, while also having a low initial power draw.

Meanwhile, the fixed speed variants are powered by a super-premium efficient IE4-class motor, also with an IP55 IEC enclosure rating, designed for continuous duty.

Higher Rated Cooling Capacity

Our compressor systems are designed for operation at ambient conditions up to 46°C. This provides an additional cooling margin for trouble-free operation at higher temperatures, and again contributes to the overall reliability and efficiency of the compressor package.
