40K Dump Style, Air Operated & Air Assisted Footguns

The Gardner Denver UHP-40K High-Pressure Dump Style Foot Operated Control Gun is designed for use with 30 KPSI and 40 KPSI pumps. The UHP 40,000 PSI footgun uses the “quick change” cartridge type valve. The valve assembly can be replaced in less than a minute. Inlet and outlet are 9/16"HP Female. Mounted on a heavy-duty base with a solid footguard. Also available in air-assisted and air-operated models.

Description

This 40,000 PSI footgun allows the operator to control the flow of water without using their hands. The footpedal trigger has a large area for ease of operation. It uses a spring to open the valve to switch to dump position when not engaged, for safety. The Gardner Denver 40,000 PSI footvalve has a 60 second quick-change cartridge to reduce time in the field for repair.

The inlet and discharge are standard 9/16” HP female ports
The dump tube has a standard ½”NPT female thread to direct low pressure dump water to tank or collection pond

Design Advantages

The base of the footvalve is sturdy to prevent the valve from moving during operation
The increased surface area of the footpedal allows for more contact between the operator and the tool
The footguard on the pedal covers the valve area to protect the operator from potential hazards
The spring loaded cartridge will return to the dump position (low pressure) when the foot is removed from the engaged position for safety
