Vacuum Concentrator

Vacuum concentrators use centrifugal force to concentrate or evaporate multiple samples, under vacuum, for further analysis. The process typically requires a chemical-resistant diaphragm vacuum pump or system with special attention to your setup. Low volatility solvents and a high gas flow at the operating pressure shows a correct chosen vacuum level. Trapping solvent vapors using a refrigerated trap is recommended to prevent pump flooding and protect air quality.

See below our vacuum pumps suitable for vacuum concentrator applications such as DNA pelleting, oligonucleotide preparations, biochemical and organic samples or biochemical and large samples.
