The NASH 2BQ liquid ring compressor series is ideal for the recovery and compression of hydrocarbons, and the compression of hydrogen, chlorine, and other process gases. With a capacity range from 6,000 to 11,000 m3/h (3,500 to 6,400 SCFM) and the option to custom engineer components specific to applications, the 2BQ compressor is the world’s first liquid ring compressor of its gas flow rates and discharge pressures.
The 2BQ compressor series was engineered to withstand medium pressure applications with an improved compression configuration. The rotor, shaft, and bearings were strengthened to withstand higher pressures and is designed for a wide operating speed range (420 to 611 rpm). With a unique performance range that is unmatched by any other liquid ring compressor on the market, the 2BQ medium pressure compressor provides high efficiency.
Through a patented design, the 2BQ compressor has provided thousands of facilities worldwide with proven performance, reliability, and peace of mind. This 2BE based liquid ring design provides the 2BQ with the ability to handle high liquid carryover and can be optimized per operating conditions. The 2BQ compressor is ATEX certified.
