Developed in close collaboration with major European chemical companies, TODO Safety Pressure Tight Caps guarantee containment and operational safety.
They are equipped with a red O-ring to alert operators to the existence of pressure behind the cap. In turn, this gives warning to other potential upstream valve failures. No other existing closure technology comes close.
TODO’s pressure Caps are designed to protect operators and profit margins. They will maintain pressure in the event of a leakage but will also quickly release if manually removed. This eliminates the risk of product leakage in the event of a line fault, assuring the safety of colleagues.
Safety Pressure Tight Caps are built with high-grade stainless steel and come in 2-4” sizes. The product can be fitted with an almost unlimited choice of O-ring grades to suit a wide range of different applications.
All pressure caps are made using 316L grade stainless steel for exceptional durability even when handling aggressive chemicals. They have a working pressure of 25 bar (363 psi) and working temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F).
