The RotoCar Cleaning System has been developed to remove difficult incrustations from the inside of tubes (Internal Diameter from 1" to 200"), in a very fast and highly efficient manner with extremely high safety standards for the operator.
A high-pressure hose rotates driven by air or hydraulic motor. The feed mechanism will feed or pull the hose automatically in or out of the tube. To insert the hose in the middle of the tube, an adjustable clamping device is mounted on the front of the tube. To prevent damage to the rotating hose during rotation, there is a 2" stainless steel flexible tube mounted between the clamp device and the feed mechanism. The RotoCar is supplied complete with an automatic slip coupler to prevent hose rotating without water pressure.
Cleaning is done with a rotating ½” or ¾” rubber high-pressure hose with a static nozzle
The rotating hose is automatically fed inside the polluted pipe, with an infinitely variable speed
This system has an output of about 3 times higher as conventional high-pressure technologies
The working of this machine is simple and efficient: a high-pressure hose rotates, driven by an air motor
At the end of the hose/nozzle, a jet sprays around water with high velocity.
The Feeder unit is provided with adjustable wheels to feed or pull the hose automatically in or out of the pipe
The rotating movement is synchronized with the forward movement of the nozzle
This gives a seamless cleaning of the whole surface, even from total stoppages
On the front of the pipe is a Hose guide mounted
This Hose guide is fully adjustable, so the hose can be fed properly
A stainless steel flexible hose is mounted between the Hose guide and Feeder unit to make feeding of the rotating hose possible
The Rotocar is supplied with a slip coupling to prevent hose rotating without water pressure
