This is a lightweight, flexible, crush-resistant hose ideal for housekeeping applications and conveying light, non- abrasive materials. Constructed ethylene vinyl acetone copolymer, this hose is non-conductive and not recommended for applications where static build-up is a concern. It is not available in a grounded version.
Flexible Plastic
Flexible Plastic hoses are offered in two options 1. Flexible Plastic, and 2. F-Style PVC (heavy duty option). These hoses are lightweight, very flexible, wire reinforced hose designed for use in housekeeping or applications requiring repeated flexing. Utilizes high strength reinforcing yarns and a coated spring steel wire helix between layers of ethylene vinyl acetate or polyvinyl chloride (larger sizes).
Heavy-Duty Rubber
Heavy Duty Rubber Hoses are offered in three options, 1. Smooth 2. Corrugated Exterior, and 3. RS Style Rubber. The thick walls, wire reinforced rubber hose's are ideal for pneumatic conveying systems handling abrasive material. Special EPDM compound and smooth bore resist abrasion, resulting in longer life. Heavy spring steel wire helix and fabric reinforcement provides greater flexibility.
Heavy-Duty Corrugated Plastic
Heavy Duty Corrugated PVC Hoses are offered in two options, 1. Heavy Duty Corrugated PVC, and 2. HC Style, Clear PVC (heavy duty option). These hoses are best used for food grade, clear material handling hoses intended for use in pneumatic conveying systems handling dry powders, pellets, or granular. Designed with a convoluted cover for increased flexibility and a smooth bore to eliminate material buildup, reduce wear, and minimize pressure loss.
Vinylife
Vinylife Vacuum hoses are offered in two options, 1. Vinylife, and 2. VF Style Vinyl Foam (heavy duty option). These are medium weight, flexible and versatile wire reinforced hoses. They are corrosion, oil, and abrasion resistant with a smooth inner bore. Constructed of vinyl, cellular foam wall, reinforced with multiple spirals of wire, woven with nylon cord.
