Ingersoll-Rand Releases Sustainability Report 2021

As detailed in the newly released 2021 Sustainability Report, in 2021, Ingersoll-Rand achieved 16 percent of its 2030 operational-side greenhouse gas emissions goal, more than 60 percent of its 2030 zero waste to landfill goal and 8 percent of its 2050 renewable energy goal.The 2021 Sustainability Report details our goals, progress on our work and numerous achievements.

- Committed to a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), such as the creation of four new employee inclusion groups to increase employee engagement, inclusion and encourage personal development.

- Introduced Employee Giving Rewards, a one-time equity award for new hires.

- Ingersoll-Rand ranked in the top quartile of ESG industrial companies according to the latest scores from sustainability rating agencies MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global and CDP - far exceeding our goals!

- Upgrades to 9 solar electric plants and 16 green energy sites.

- Detailed update of Ingersoll Rand's environmental goals and progress of work for 2030 and 2050.

- Completion of the Group's strategic acquisitions of MD-Kinney, Lawrence Factor, Maximus, Air Dimensions, Tuthill Pumps and Seepex.
