One of the standout advantages of the NEW GENERATION two-stage ESM / VS Series is its significantly higher efficiency compared to single-stage compressors — all within a compact, German-engineered design. With a footprint of just 1.4m², it's up to 40% smaller than previous models and more compact than any other solution currently available, offering space-saving benefits across a wide range of industries.
We’re excited to present the completely redesigned ESM / VS Series — 45–55kW, available in both single and two-stage configurations, with fixed and variable speed options. These oil-lubricated rotary screw air compressors incorporate cutting-edge technology, purpose-built to deliver superior performance and energy efficiency across a broad range of industries.

Premium-efficiency motors come standard — featuring Permanent Magnet (PM) IE5 motors for variable speed models and IE4-class motors for fixed speed variants. Thanks to Gardner Denver’s patented oil-cooled motor design, even minimal efficiency losses are recovered through integrated heat recovery, maximizing overall energy performance.

The high-resolution touchscreen is intuitive and easy to use. Its advanced control system, combined with integrated sensors, automatically adjusts the compressor to match real-time operating conditions—reducing energy consumption and safeguarding your equipment from condensate damage.
Built-in IoT capabilities include an onboard web server and Base Load Select, enabling seamless coordination with up to three secondary units. Both the main board and controller meet high CS Standard requirements for cybersecurity.
The system is Ecoplant-ready and features iConn integration for comprehensive monitoring and control.
