NASH EnduraSeal® Upgrade

The NASH EnduraSeal eliminates traditional packing leakage at a lower cost than mechanical seals and includes a load assist feature that provides temporary shaft support in the unlikely event of bearing failure, thereby reducing the likelihood of a catastrophic failure. Available exclusively from Gardner Denver Nash, the EnduraSeal is an upgrade for NASH CL2000 - CL14000 and 904L - 904U liquid ring vacuum pumps.

Description

Constructed of a proprietary polymer sleeve, the EnduraSeal offers a cleaner, more reliable operation by replacing traditional stuffing box packing. The sleeve offers additional shaft support in the unlikely event of bearing failure and enhances the support during high load conditions associated with process upsets.
