Our commitment to aftermarket support

Inline with our company purpose, ‘Lean on us to help you make life better’, we are maintaining 100% aftermarket support for our customers in three ways:

1. On-site Service Engineers who will be able to provide socially distant and safe maintenance of your vacuum and low pressure equipment

2. Factory Repair Centres will remain open should you wish to limit external personnel at your facility. We can also provide an extensive hire fleet whilst your equipment is being serviced or repaired.

3. Virtual Service Advice; for more basic maintenance requirements, such as oil lubricant, belt and filter changes for example,  we can take you step by step through the process via a video call. You can see our range of service kits and lubricants on our website here.
