Gardner Denver delivers innovative and efficient compressed air and pump solutions for our customers' applications. The proprietary technology designed into our compressed air and pump products distinguishes Gardner Denver from our competition. With this in mind, we design significant energy cost savings capabilities into our products as well as durability and unmatched quality.
Some of the technologies used in developing our products include Finite Element Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Thermal Imaging, Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis, and Design for Manufacturing. While developing new products, Gardner Denver maintains a membership in the Rapid Prototyping Consortium at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). This process produces parts in a solid form directly from a three-dimensional (3D) AutoCad Inventor file. Not only does this process help our engineers to save time it also helps our foundries and outside vendors to get a better understanding of a new part or component.
